End date: 31/07/25 at 11:59 pm AEST

Eligible entrants

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who complete an NPS survey via the automated system during the relevant calendar month (“Eligible Entrants”).

Employees of 99 Bikes Pty Ltd, its related entities, suppliers, agencies, licensees, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, Eligible Entrants must submit a response through the 99 Bikes NPS automation system during the applicable calendar month. Limit of one (1) entry per person per month.

The Prize

There is one (1) AU $100 gift card voucher to be won each month. The Prize is:

  • Not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  • Subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the issuer.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the relevant calendar month. The draw will take place within the first five (5) business days of the following month.

The winner will be notified via the contact details provided in their NPS submission. If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, or does not respond, the Prize will be forfeited and will not be re-awarded.

Invalid Entries

The following will be deemed invalid:

  • Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, inappropriate, or incomprehensible entries;

  • Entries that breach any intellectual property rights;

  • Entries submitted by ineligible entrants.

General Terms

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in Prize value. If the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.

  • If a winner declines or does not accept any part of the Prize, no substitute will be offered.

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or the use of the Prize.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

Privacy

Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Personal information provided by entrants will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
