Split shipments
We have multiple warehouses. Some orders require multiple shipments from different warehouses. We will notify you if this applies to your order, as it will arrive in separate deliveries.
Nationally Shipped Bikes
We now offer Australia wide shipping on a range of selected brands. Please note that assembly is required upon delivery of your bike. We always highly recommend that assembly is undertaken by a trained bicycle mechanic, for safety.
Nationally shipped bike delivery orders have an estimated delivery timeframe of 2-4 weeks. Please note, if you order other items with your bike, these will be delivered separately.

Local Bike Delivery (SA & WA)

Delivery restrictions
- We deliver to Australia only. We do not offer international delivery.
- Built Bike Delivery is only available around our 99 Bikes stores in SA & WA.
- Bike Shipping is only available for selected bikes.
- Express delivery is unavailable on bulky items, liquids and dangerous goods.
- Delivery to PO Boxes is unavailable on bulky items, liquids and dangerous goods.
- If you purchase a pre-order item, it will not be shipped until we receive the goods from our supplier.
