Returning items
- We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase except for bikes *.
- * For bikes we can offer a swap within 30 days if you're not completely satisfied with your new bike. For further details please see our Perfect Ride Guarantee
- All other items must be in new condition with original packaging.
- Returns for all purchases require the original receipt.
- Online purchases may be returned to any 99 Bikes store, or by following the online return instructions below.
- In-store purchases can be taken back to your local 99 Bikes store.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method, except for cash which is refunded back via direct deposit.
- Online refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval.
- Refunds may take 3 business days after processing to appear back in your bank account or credit card.
- In-store cash refunds are processed via direct deposit. Valid ID is required.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available when returning an item to a 99 Bikes store (providing the item you are wishing to exchange to is in stock). We do not accept exchanges for items sent back to our warehouses, using the Online return instructions below.
Online return instructions for a refund
To obtain a refund for an online order, follow the instructions below.
Step 1
Complete the Returns Form and include it when you return the items.
Step 2
Place your item(s) and completed form back in the original packaging and reseal the packaging ready for shipping.
Step 3
Attach a new posting label and post the parcel at any registered post office.
Step 4
Forward the details of the courier service & tracking number of your online return along with any additional information to help@99bikes.com.au.
Step 5
Allow 3 business days after we receive the returned parcel, for your refund to be processed.
In the event that your product is lost in transit, 99 Bikes will not be held liable. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
