Take your item and your receipt to any of our 99 Bikes stores and our in-store team members will assist you with the warranty process. Our teams in store can process a warranty claim for a purchase made at any 99 Bikes store, or placed online.
Remote Warranties (unable to visit a 99 Bikes store)
Step 1
Contact us using the below warranty form - please provide as much information as possible including troubleshooting.
Step 2
We will contact you to discuss your warranty claim further.
Step 3
We will either be able to submit a remote warranty case, or ask you to send the item back to our warehouse for processing.
You will be notified when your item has been received in our warehouse and the warranty process has begun.
We will contact you once your warranty claim has been accepted, rejected, and whenever more information is required.
